Are your beds adaptable as my child grows?
Yes, our unique modular system allows most of our beds to be converted. For example, a high sleeper can be transformed into a standard single bed or a canopy bed, ensuring your investment lasts throughout your child's entire youth.
How long does shipping take for furniture items?
Standard delivery typically takes 4 to 6 weeks, as many of our pieces are crafted to order. You will receive a tracking link and a scheduled delivery window once your order leaves our production facility in Denmark.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
While all our products come with detailed, easy-to-follow assembly manuals, we do partner with local white-glove delivery services in many regions that offer professional assembly for an additional fee at checkout.
What is the warranty period on your products?
We offer a 5-year warranty on the construction of all our wooden furniture. This covers manufacturing defects and ensures that your furniture remains safe and sturdy for years of play.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made textiles or personalized items may be subject to different terms. Please contact our support team to initiate a return process.
